    It looks like a fairly normal apartment (not something you'd expect in a design magazine). In fact it reminds me of my best friends place in Bucktown (Chicago).

    Meh - it's a 2-bed apartment. Nothing more, nothing less, and certainly nothing special. The $2m pricetag doesn't surprise me. HK prices are mindboggling.
