Gorgeous setting (La Jolla has killer views) but it's too odd for me. The interior is cold and uninviting - nothing about it says "sit down and relax" to me.

I love the views and the way some of the glass opens but the rest isn't really my style.

Gorgeous, but I can't imagine actually residing there. It will be for my giant Hollywood parties.

Reminds me of "Weekend at Bernie's". I love it for a weekend/holiday getaway but nothing to actually live in.

God that's amazing. That bedroom is to die for. I wouldn't want to live there full-time but it would be a nice house to live in for a few months or to use as a second home.

This place has been for sale for years and years! They just can't seem to find a buyer who wants to live in a cement office building, in spite of the killer views. Last I saw it was listed for $25mil, but that was down from the original asking price. I am waiting, and have been for a while, for Brad Pitt to buy this place...it just seems like something he would do for "architectural value."
