Did they really have to put the washer and dryer in the kitchen?

I love the house though (minus the crappy art).

Yeah, I'd take the washer/dryer out of the kitchen pronto. Really hate the way that looks.

Also, the light fixture over the kitchen table looks like a miniature model from "Close Encounters of the Third Kind".

Parts of Inner-Loop Houston are pretty expensive though, right? This house must be in River Oaks or West U. or Bellaire.

I hate the artwork and the washer/dryer in the kitchen too.

Yuck, that living room looks like a waiting room from the 60's.
I would hate having a big window on my bedroom door.
Agree about the w/d in the kitchen. Don't like it.

Or secretly hidden in Montrose, Rice Military... hmmmmm maybe Heights... in Afton Oaks the lots alone go for over $400,000.00. It is in the Greenbriar subdivison which is a nice little neighborhood with awesome access to downtown via 59, almost West U/Rice.

Oh yeah, there are certainly areas in Houston where you are just paying for location. This HAS to be one because it does nothing for me.

Blech they can have it! I'd rather have the peace (and quiet) of knowing I don't have access to 59 (or I10 or 610) without driving 20 miles.

I like it a lot, except the washer/dryer in the kitchen. WTF is that about? WTF wants dirty underwear in the goddamn kitchen? Especially in Texas where swampass is the norm.
