    I notice it's a hill top resort and not a beach side. The tsunami was so tragic I would be the country is struggling to recover in tourism.

    I'd modernize it. Just because you're in Thailand doesn't mean your house has to look like Pier 1 threw up all over it.

    This house was actually built in 2001, three years before the big Tsunami? Right? Wasn't it in 2004?

    WOW !!!
    is the word that came into mind . but villas are always scary to me , hearing villa always remind me of ghosts and other stuff like that .

    B&B's (Bed and Breakfast) are scary to me. My sister put that in my head.
    I always thought they were beautiful old homes made into hotels. The old ones usually seem to have some type of "history".
