Other than the animal skin and horns on the wall, I could live there.

I'd live there in a second. First thing I saw was the washer and dryer. I wish I could afford a place with indoor laundry. So sick of laundromats...

Anyway, the place is small but opened up well because of the plan and the colors. A pretty good job overall except for some of the accents - namely the rug and the mirror for a headboard. You'd bang into it in the night and it would shatter.

I love the space (the decorating not so much) but I would live in fear of falling off the loft.

If you look closely at the second pic there are black things attached to the white posts that hold sheets of glass. There's just an illusion of empty space.

Me too! I'm not a fan of the open look of the bedroom, nor of the
spiral staircase (although it is better than death stairs).

If this is NYC then very nice! But the animal crap does look out of place.

Great job with a small place. I knew it was too cheap for NYC. Turns out it is in Philly and not in the best area.

Not sure how practical it is though. You'd have to have everything spotless all of the time.

Yes but I would still manage to fall through it. Murphy's Law and all.

I would still manage to fall through the glass. I would.

I do not like the 'dead animal' decorating and why the white bookcase with white walls and ceiling? etc. But I love the space and the building and if this is NYC(especially Manhattan) then it is great and the price is expected and very acceptable.

Hell it even has it's own washer/dryer...stacked to save space just like mine!

    *edit..this is in PHILADELPHIA...mmm..no thanks.
