Default In Milan, an Old Textile Factory Transformed

Lorenzo Nencioni for The New York Times
Duilio Forte, a Swedish-Italian architect and artist, lives in what was once a derelict textile factory on the outskirts of Milan. He bought the 5,400-square-foot space in 1998 for around $250,000.

I think they may have forgotten to do the transformation.

Love that treehouse thing. Could be a kid's playroom, tea house, afternoon reading nook.

I could see this being a cool studio for sure. Or the set of a horror movie.

i think it looks like a playground for kids with those giant wooden horses all over the place. the interior is unusual. some parts seem temporary, others look neglected or unchanged. i would like to visit, see what it's really like. i also like the last picture with the antique looking clock.
