The red and blue room needs to go. The rest is cozy and warm looking. Despite my near loathing for anything not modern, I could deal with this.

... but that red/blue room shit is OUT

They sure have a lot of books. There are elements of this that I like - it's sort of all over the place but I think it's interesting. I think I'd gut most of the furniture.

I had a spiral staircase like that a few years ago. I think they're fabulous, but they wobble a bit, and that was when I was a very tiny teenager.

The poolside gazebo thing is cool too, but I prefer my yards to have a lot of grass to run around on. Looks like they've got a nice sideyard, tho.

I like it but way too many books for me. I sneeze just looking at them and knowing how much dust they collect.

i love the outside spaces but the inside is too cluttered. spiral staircases are a novelty that gets old quickly.

Looks like it might collapse at any moment from the shear weight of all that shit piled in there. Too messy, too fragile looking, too cramped with ugly stuff. I would burn it.

Hate the bedroom, but that's just a paint job and better furniture...otherwise, I have ten bucks if anyone else wants to go in on the purchase. Love love love.
