    Default A Viennese Attic Apartment

Cristian Movila for The New York Times
Ingrid Reder (seated), together with her husband Christian Reder (not pictured), has lived in this 1,722-square-foot attic apartment, just steps from St. Stephenıs Cathedral Square in Vienna, for over 40 years. Because of local rent regulations, the Reders still pay around 500 euros, or roughly $600, a month.

Lots of great pieces, but naturally TOO MUCH CLUTTER

Also, get rid of those fucktarded busted ass leather couches and that hideous oriental rug. Why people have oriental rugs is beyond me, they're universally awful.

Man-that could be spectacular with just a little work.

^ Yep. The decor is distracting from a really cute space. Love the patio area.

Agree about the clutter. I would go insane with all that stuff around. That skinny bathroom alone would make me crazy with all those pictures on the wall. I don't understand where it is in the scheme of things as there is a book shelf and wine bottles. But that view, and the rent, wow!

i kind of like the clutter, it makes the rooms look narrower but at the same time more lived-in. i wouldn't change a lot about this place, maybe throw out the jukebox but nothing else.

What? You've never grabbed a bottle of wine off the shelf and started drinking while sitting on the toilet?

Pretty plants. The bathroom - wth? Do you have to walk in sideways to get in?
