Default Spanish Revival villa in Los Feliz

( Patricia Ruben ) The 7-foot-deep, blue-tile swimming pool captures the reflection of the 1929 villa, which is listed at $2.45 million.

With the exception of the bathroom, I love it. It looks like there is a huge fireplace outside which I would absolutely adore. I may be wrong though, it is so big.

Meryl doesn't even try anymore. She just calls Lanvin and asks for curtains with a belt.~Bitter

I think this is wonderful. I love those thick walls and big halls. Agreed-the bathroom need blowing up.

I love it, even the bathroom. But I am bothered by the living room or whatever it is, and how squared off the windows and the room in general is--doesn't go with the arches in the rest of the house.

Yeah, redo the bathroom tile and give me the keys. Would like use of my own furniture too.

I like the exterior and most of the interior. Not bad.

The exterior is to die for. The interior is mediocre.
