    i love it.
i miss having a mezzanine. i had a giant room in my last flat in vienna in which my flatmate had built a mezzanine that covered about a third of the room. underneath i had my closet and dresser and there was a leaning ladder leading up to my bed. but the ceilings in that apt were so high i could stand up on my bed. it was awesome.

It's cute and tasteful but 250 sq ft is too tiny. I lived in a shack in the local student ghetto once, it was about 12x30 and it was excruciating. I wouldn't want less than 500 sq ft.

32,000 is a lot to spend for such a small place. However, it's a good use of space and looks great. It would be a good place for a single grad student. My last place was 200sq ft and it was doable.

If it was me, I totally wouldn't feel safe in that loft. I'd probably curl up into a ball at night, roll over, and break my neck.

I wouldn't live there, but it's a great remodeling job.

I like it for the most part architecturally but I'm not wild of the interior design.

I like it- but why? Is this what you do with the middle aged child that lives in your basement?
