Default Larchmont house is disguised as an office

    Home of the Week
( Russell Abraham ) With its corrugated steel exterior and glass-curtain wall, the house stands out in a Larchmont neighborhood mostly filled with neo-traditional homes.
The four-bedroom home designed by architect Scott Johnson for his family has been mistaken for a YMCA. That's fine by him because it's zoned for residential and commercial use.

Does this chair look like a penis to anyone else?

Is it me or do the ceilings seem really low?

I do love the garden. I could hang out there all day long.

Those are my favorites too. The only thing I do not like is the chair and the bedroom.

Even the exterior looks 'fresh' and 'cool'.

The kitchen is killer, the garden - well, I could spend a beautiful spring day out there. The bedroom would give me nightmares (what's with the hole in the ceiling?? Kreeeepeeee!), and the rest of it's just too industrial.

the interior isn't much to look at but i love the exterior with the corrugated steel & the hedge. the garden in the last picture looks like an overgrowth of all kinds of flowers & plants, i like that. and probably lots of bees, i like that less.
