    Default A small beachfront home

For all the joys of beachfront living, itís not without its risks. But with some smart design and sound engineering, this small coastal house stands tall against the threat of rising tides.

Looks cute from the outside. HATE the industrial stairs.

I wouldn't want to live there, but maybe for a weekend stay.

i love this. the house itself and the stairs are great. the bedroom sucks though, and i'd be curious to see what the rest of the furniture looks like.

Terrible half-finished tiling job in the bathroom. Either they skimped or it just looks like they did. Bathrooms should be fully tiled, floor to ceiling.

I do NOT like fully tiled bathrooms. Not all of it gets wet and I hate mildew & grout.
I am not sold on this place, maybe for a short visit.

I wouldn't call it "beachfront" either. More "one block back from the beach with a glimpse of the ocean between other buildings and someone else's satellite dish".

I'd move in... only to have it swept away by a tsunami the next day. That's my luck.

I hate the stairs though. A lot. Reminds me of my highschool canteen. And that's not a good thing.
