    That is still one hideous kitchen, they just made it lighter.

    I kind of prefer the "before" kitchen. Mainly because it reminds me of a tinier version of my grandmother's. Neither one are going to win any home decor awards, though.

    well it's nothing special but it's certainly an improvement. though i wonder why didn't they change that hideous floor?

    Paint, new counters and new faucet. Nicely done on the cheap.

    Maybe the budget ran out before they got to the floor and it's to be done later?

    they seemed to have used the floor as an inspiration for the paint colour of the cabinets and the finish of the wood countertops.
    that yellow frame around the chalkboard needs to go at once.
