    it's a fantastic house but i don't really like the furniture and there is too much black.

    Love the building, especially the outdoor projection screen - not keen on the furniture, but given that he's also probably using it as a showhouse for his design business... I get it.

    The views, the views!!! I like the outdoor spaces better than the inside, but I suppose I could put up with the amenities on the inside while I'm enjoying the pool and projection TV. Sigh.

    Overall, I love it. The house itself, the spaces, the VIEWS! The decor, colors, etc. could easily be changed.

    And I don't mind the outside either, even though it is just another version of modernist white concrete boxes. It seems to work here better than I often think it does.

    Yep, I figure that's true of most of California. I tease my friends in San Diego that one good rumble and they're fish food, then it's "Welcome to the Port of Las Vegas".
