    Default A newly constructed condo

    Home of the Week

( Dave Teel ) The four-level contemporary condominium was designed by Jim Gelfat, an architect with Equinox Architecture Inc. in Culver City. The two units have five bedroom, four bathrooms and three half-baths in 5,000 square feet of living space.

the spaces themselves are great though i don't care for the furniture in the living room. the floors are great and i want the bathroom.
i'd like the outside a lot more without the panels or whatever those are with the waves and the circles.

the space is great.. i'd probably go with more flashy furniture in the living room though.. needs a splash of color and life

True-that's a bit much. Looks tacky to me.

Pretty much agree. I like it pretty well(and I have such problems with modern) but those wavy panels need to go. Almost gives it an unfinished look. But I actually like the layout, the materials, the spaces. And the bathroom and kitchen.

I agree also with Grimm that it needs a bit of color or splash or something, but overall I like it. And on the beach!

Also I am confused..Is each unit 5,000 square feet? Are the 5 bedrooms, 4 baths split between the units? If that is for each, then they did not show a whole lot in those pics. Where the heck is all that space?
Don't slap me, cause I'm not in the mood!

I like overall, but there is something 'off', or missing.

It's a hair sterile, but I could warm it up, given enough budget.

Chaos and uncertainty. Not a good mix.

Looks like a damn laboratory to me. Way too much stainless steel and Logan's Run-ish.
