Default A home in old East Berlin

This 180-square-meter (2,000-square-foot) home and terrace on 2,000 square meters (22,000 square feet) of property was built in 1968 by Heinz Böhme and Gerhardt Böhme, two brothers. It is in Caputh, Germany, next door to what was formerly Albert Einstein's summer home.

Hans-Peter Jochum and Jett Rodgers, the couple who bought the Böhme house in 2007, run a 20th-century furniture store and gallery.

Very cozy. Presumably they stand around the table and what the hell are those "objects" on the nasty blue sideboard?

I do like the wrought-iron window in the bedroom, but the rest of the space is just odd. I wouldn't make a good minimalist.

Obviously too empty for most people, but some of the pieces are cool, and I actually like the house a lot. I could easily turn it into something I'd love. Those giant picture windows--pretty amazing.
