    the arched windows are nice.
    it's sort of weird that the interior doesn't look mediterranean at all.

    Some of the colors are pretty bad, but overall it's a great space. Love the glass bricks and the kitchen cabinetry.

    The bath is awesome; my only gripe with it is that the marble floors are slick as hell when they're wet and I can see me doing a deep-dive faceplant following a relaxing shower.

    I like it. Would only do some minor changes. And that bathroom is about as big as my place. Also I think it is not nearly tacky enough to be 'eighties' unless it was a subdued kind of 'Miami 80's' and then it would be subdued at that. Does remind me a bit of the "Golden Girls" because of the colors/hues and all.. all those pastel-ish tones..

    I also love all the French doors and arched windows. The exterior and the interior spaces themselves are excellent. Redecorating would not be hard if you wanted something different. The 'bones' of the place are good. The more I look at it the more I like it.
