I will take the loft, and then have someone infinitely more fabulous decorate it cuz, good god, ew. It's like IKEA got drunk and had its period all over this place.

That price has to be a joke.

So that ENTIRE outdoor space goes with the apartment? That alone makes it worthwhile. And yeah, get me a great interior decorator stat.

Great view, but it's not worth over a million when you consider how cramped the living space is.

I doubt it. But if it was, it would go along way toward making it worth the price. It looks so sterile like it is..but what an outdoor space! The place is ok, The decor is not that bad I guess. God..1.2 million for such a place...but I guess it is all about location.

I wish they would list the square footage of these places.

I wonder what floor it is on? 1500 square feet is not small by NYC standards I think. But I really do not know anything about the location. If it was in a good location in Manhattan it would probably be a steal for that price.

You can get the same thing just about in a redone factory on the edge of our downtown for about 1/10 the price..lol..but yeah, it is Hellhio.
