    Default For a Cinematographer, a light-flooded home

Claudio Miranda, a cinematographer, bought his three-bedroom home in Los Angeles after the Northridge earthquake in 1994. Beginning in 2001, he hired Minarc, a Santa Monica architecture firm, to renovate the house. From left, Mr. Miranda's wife, Kelli Bean, and their daughters Lily and Sofia, in the living room.

I would feel as though I were in an institution if I had bathrooms like that.

the house is lovely and i'm loving the colours but what about saving energy? the house gets full lighted even in the day light.

My kind of house - the furniture is a bit too Ikea-´sh but I like a not too intrusive look-at-me deco as well, so I could live with that too

I like certain aspects, but the bathroom is horrible and the bedroom appears to be quite tiny.

love it. except for the bathroom with just a shower and sink. that sink is entirely too tiny and i hate wall showers, i like telephone ones.
the other bathroom with the oval tub is gorgeous though.

i want the dining room table and chairs.
