Default An apartment with star appeal

Leslie Caron, whose Hollywood film roles have ranged from "Gigi" to "Chocolate", has bought several properties in her native France over the years. Now she has put this 860-square-foot apartment, in a 17th century building in the Saint-Germain-des-Prés neighborhood of Paris, on the market for 960,000 euros ($1.4 million).

If you have a place this small, you can't have so much dark wood. It just closes you in.

It's not small for Paris or rather the average Parisian appartments are on the small size, I agree that the wood panel on the walls are too much, the flowery prints should also go back to the countryside

It's tres French. Lots of barn wood. Not my cup of tea, but it's cute.

I like it. They've made the most of limited space, and I'm always a fan of darker woods.

The wallpaper matches the curtains - yuk! Also, there is way too much wood being exposed - a little is nice, but this is OTT.

I love it. I could picture myself curled up on that bed reading. Then I would go downstairs and buy some coffee and a pain au chocolat and be supremely happy.

it needs a remodel, and more focus on the windows (if there are any, lol).
