    Default Farmhouse palette

Traumatized by witnessing the events of 9/11 up close from his South Street Seaport apartment, the painter Sean Scherer sought refuge upstate with his partner, Marc Mayer. The pair bought this 1840s farmhouse in Walton, N.Y., and Mr. Scherer channeled his creative energies into renovation.

Damn, that's one tiny house. What's up with the model body parts?

I'm claustrophobic just looking at this place.

Their artwork and knick-knacks make me want to gag, but I love the bones of this place.

The focus on the dead animals and parts is distasteful.

it's too cluttered but overall it looks lived in and like they are living in a house they love. and they have some awesome pieces.
