Default A remodel in Todi, Italy

When Dan Blagg and Francesco Bianchini began looking for a new site to renovate, they found two floors of this old palazzo in Todi, an ancient hill town in the Umbrian province of Italy. The palazzo is on one of Todi's oldest streets and is the site of the town's Roman amphitheater.

Great space, but I don't care for the decorating style. The border up on the wall in the living room makes my head hurt and a pink library?

the piano has to go (takes up too much space). the bedrooms don't really match the flair of the rest of the house and i'd also change the dining room, put in a bigger table & side table etc. oh, and the living room needs a coffee table. it's not my style or not something i usually like but i love how they decorated this house. it looks inviting & chic. and that roman head above the mirror is hilarious. aside from a couple of minor details, i really adore this house. great remodel.

eta: and it needs parquet floors.

i hate the 70's "throw lots of things on the wall" decorating bullshit. Who the fuck puts plates on a wall? 90 year old British women, that's who.

Those are the original tile floors, they are all over Italy, they belong there
