Nice, selling land in occupied territory. I'm sure you'd love it if someone drove you out of your home and sold it.
The owners may think it's worth over a million bucks but I doubt they will find a buyer who agrees. It needs a huge makeover before they will come close to the asking price.

It does scream "spendthrift-little-old lady." Though everything inside needs to be redecorated, I think the ugly rugs and pathetic kitchen cabinets are the worst for me.
Love the wood floors, wooden ceiling beams, the windows, and stone archway.
The decor sucks to high heaven. No way are they going to sell that house for over a million dollars.
