    Default Defying gravity down under

“It’s a partnership with nature—we fitted the house into its setting,” architect Harry Seidler says of a dramatic residence he designed deep in the countryside near Bowral, Australia, for clients Peter and Bronwyn Berman. A slender balcony projecting out from the living area hovers over the river valley below.

I'm calling the movers and applying for a passport as we speak. This is wonderful.

That house is beautiful, but buggar me I'd be constantly shitting myself if I walked out on that balcony. I'd imagine the feeling of the house tipping.

It's gorgeous (I love the pool area!) but I couldn't walk on the balcony. No way, I already have a thing about balconies and how easy it is to jump or fall. But my urge is jumping. So no, i couldn't live there without being stressed out. Very nice house though.. they should've gone to the extreme and put no railings there either.

I think I could sit in that reclining chair by the window and just look at the view all day.

Other than the balcony giving me the willies, it's absolutely perfect!!!
