I some-eimes get bouts of headaches, where i will have them for weeks.

I met a lady at a resort who worked in a plastic surgery clinic and she claimed that Botox = no headaches. Not sure if this is true - but it tempted me to try it

I've had headaches every day now for about 2 weeks. They're so damn debilitating. At first I thought it was just sinus issues, but I've taken Sudafed all week and there wasn't much relief. Then I was thinking it was stress. Now I'm wondering if it's my computer at work. I'm on it much more now. Wierd thing is that these headaches cause me to have nightmares at night (and I rarely dream). I set up a doctor's appt. today. I'm thinking I have a sinus infection. I have noticed a tiny bit of blood when I blow my nose.

Well, I have some anxiety issues and I kinda freak out with certain meds so I'm a bit hesitant at the moment but Chinese medicine usually don't have side effects (so they said, I went to one before here in Van). I'll go back to that one, they also do massages and accupuncture there.
O-oh Did you know that there could be a link? (headache & Lady problems) Is that why you mentioned it? I was going to suggest bananas for the magnesium, but you're already doing that.
I found that when I quit my job, my headaches decreased because I wasn't getting neck pain from a badly positioned laptop screen, staring at a screen, etc so have you had your position checked? (If you work from home let me know & I'll see if I have some info on it for you).
I found that massages (back/neck) helped, plus geranium oil.

Let us know how you get on Moomies!

*oh forget to mention for all you sins sufferers - when I saw a dr in LA recently I mentioned my sinus issue & she recommended that I take antihistomines for it incase it was allergy & not an infection..... I know that in summer here I need to....

I didn't know there could be a link between headaches and lady problems! If you have read my other ramblings, my lady problem is that my friend has gone missing...

I read somewhere that Evening Prime Rose can regulate cycles or something like that so I've started taking it.
And I have this home remedy that my SIL told me about to eat mung beans, I'm wondering if it's like eating a lot of soy products cuz soy's got a lot of estrogen???

My headaches have gotten better now, I don't get them as frequently or as strong. But maybe I just somehow got used to them and they became less bothersome...

Oooh! sorry, no, missed that!
(I take it that you have been to see a doctor for a check up, haven't you?) It might be worth going to see a herbalist or alternative therapist? I know that they can be really good!

Good Luck & glad about the heads!
