Default The 3 day diet.

I found this link to get the 3day diet details

http://www.pureslim.com/3DayDiet.pdf

has anyone ever tried this? its the diet that hospitals make overwieght people do before big operations. it claims you can loose up to 10lbs on it, dunno whether to see if it works or not, theres no way in hell i'd loose ten in three days but 3lbs would do to get me started!!

Hmm, it sounds manageable if not very bland. A girl at work did this and she looked so pitiful sat there with her ryvita and cottage cheese. I don't remember if she lost much, if she did it wasn't 10lb.

I would rather not eat than eat crap like rice crackers. I love crackerbread though, even when I'm not being do I eat those, they're lovely.

i think to loose 10lb in that time you'd have to be absolutely massive to start off with and it was such a calorie drop for you, i think if your a normal weight youd prob see a loss of about 1-3lb

Tiara, I love crackerbread too. Only with marg or butter on it. Or guacamole. Yum! But not as healthy...

this "diet" is way more than i ever eat in a day. maybe it's just because i'm not very tall but i'm pretty sure i would actually gain weight on this so-called diet. it looks mega boring too. you can only add salt and pepper to your food? i love hot peppers and things like that.

misskriss, you eat less than this everyday? I think i would starve on this diet. How do you do it, and not get hungry?

Never heard of it, but I have heard of some celeb's in little hospitals, paying a hefty price to lose weight by IV sessions to stay thin......*hushhush*

i think it may have something to do with the fact that i'm 5 foot 1 so i don't really need that much food (maybe). i don't know, i feel really ill if i eat that much so i eat in small meals. i am never hungry and i'm def by no means underweight i'm 110-115 lbs. i guess some people just need more fuel than others?
