Exclamation Cellulite!!!

does anyone have anything they can recommend for cellulite?? any ideas would be appreciated, thanks!

Someone is obviously nuts and has decided to use this board to work out her own personal demons.

I've had good success on the old cellulite with massage and a cream/wrap from Lancome. Friends swear by massaging the areas with old coffee grounds in the shower once a day but I've never tried it because I use my coffee grounds in the garden to fertilize.

Like compared to trying to hide all my bones, I WISH I had to worry about cellulte.

I've tried the cellulite creams, but I'm not very consistant with using it 3 times per day.

I've heard massaging the areas does just as well. The massaging helps break up the cellulite.

coffee grounds?? wow i will give that one a shot! i always just throw them out but what the hell? got nothing to lose here (other than cellulite lol)

I saw this on Rachael Ray...the doctor said to STOP wearing tight panties- wear thongs, gstrings or those boy shorts instead. He said because panties acoss the butt cut into it and make it worse. There are also shots but they are pretty expensive.

Caffeine helps to firm the skin making the cellulite appear less defined. The studies were done by Johnson and Johnson- so I assume that they are skewed.

I know in Italy people use coffee ground scrubs. Didn't do much for me.

Because for all her "thinness" she most likely has a proportionately high bodyfat (in relation to lean muscle) hence her flabbiness and saddlebags even though she has buggywhip arms and you can see her ribcage...those are just the places on her body where there is less fat placement.

I'm telling you ladies, it's all about the muscle. If you want to keep things from sagging before they should and have less cellulite: Build it, use it, keep it.
