Man Boobs

I have a... um... FRIEND, who had man boobs. Only, he's 66kg, pretty slim, and they're not the sort of man-boobs everyone immediately thinks of, they're just sort of a little bit pointy.
AND IT'S EMBARRASSING!!

Can anyone give a few suggestions for "my friend" on how to get rid of them?

Without the gym?

My hubby *looks around to see that he's not nearby* has small man boobs. I think it's because his spine is damaged and his posture isn't very good, because he's not overweight. I tease him about them from time to time.

Only way to get rid of them is through surgery.

Well I'm going to have to say that your friend's "man-boobs" need to be surgercially fixed. It would take alot of wieght training and pec excersises to tighten up those mbs and even then it migh not work if it's extra tissue in the chest.

Maybe you should check out surgery procedures to see if it's the right thing to do.

Okaaaaaay my friend was really me. I admit it.

But I don't have Gynecomastia, in fact the males in my family have a history of 'barrel chests' so really I need to get fit or LOOK like I have Gynecomastia.

I had a male friend who actually lactated. He had to have surgery to remove milk ducts (?) or something. He had man boobs, literally.

Its way more common now than ever. Got no idea why, but i know that a popular word for it here is 'moobs'.
I dont like going to the beach either and seeing men with bigger boobs than me!

I watched a TV programme about this subject on TLC.

One man was so embarrassed that he never dated. Another man and his wife
decided he should just learn to live with the condition and he wore a bra.
Some breasts grew back on the men who decided to have surgery.

Gynecomastia is quite common in teenage boys and it just goes away on
it's own.
