How to boost an immune system?
I'm curious how do I boost my immune system and get it going in top form?
Can I get to last like that for a while or is it eventuallly going to be less and less as I age?
tips/tricks?

Well, washing your hands and vitamins, etc are a good basic way to start. Get enough sleep, drink enough water as well.
And I know it's a bit controversial, but Echineacea is still something I would turn to, to boost my system. A lot of people are jumping off the bandwagon, but I'm still all about it.
I'm not really sure other than these things.

I think washing your hands is very important.
Try everything Alice, Ginseng, Vitamin C, Zinc, Iron, Echinicia.
Have you gotten a full physical yet? Get your blood fully checked if you get sick so often, maybe you have low white cell count or something?
Try get enough good sleep to.

I used to use echinacea all the time during flu season when I was younger, but I had to give it up when I went on the pill b/c my doctor told me it can interfere with the effectiveness of my birth control. Now I rely on my garlic.

I use AG Immune from Body Wise. You are supposed to take it every day, but I'm bad with vitamins, so I just take it when I start to get a sore throat. I swear, last year, I avoided 5 colds with it.
