Question How to boost the immune system?

HOw do you boost your immune system?
what are some proven methods?
a list would be nice

^^ my god, its that simple?! lol

Make sure you're getting the RDI of all the right nutrients. Most people find that when they try that they seem to have to eat more then their average diet but its all fruit, vegetables, legumes, nuts, fish.

I also take supplements in zinc and iron, helps to boost cold fighting abilities. Though I put down my 'hardly ever getting sick' to having lots of chilli in my diet.

I read in Prevention magazine that Elderberry extract prevents colds/flu.

Echinacea is good if you can feel a cold coming on, but by the time you start sniffling/coughing it's too late and you need pharmaceutials (Fly strength LemSip is good)

Plenty of water. This is flush out toxins.
A good multi vitamin. (I have only starting taking one due to fatigue from stupid study all the time and feeling run down)
Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegs.
1/2 hour exercise daily
