yeah i do need to do that too SVZ I've just been lazy and I hate getting my hair dirty, but I always used sex as an excuse for excersise...guess thats just lazy of me too

I would say no to that. I haven't had sex in forever  and I'm as healthy as a horse. I can't remember the last time I was sick.
