If anyone should file a law suit it should be Christie. Peter is the most
responsible for this mess and I hope the judge laughs at Diana's law
suit and boots the case out of court.

I'm not sure what the divorce laws are in NY state, but as for suing the girl, I think there are some states where the other woman can be sued if it's proven that she was given gifts from "marital assets" as in cars, jewelry, trips, property etc. Most of the time it doesn't go that far except for a good name dragging through the mud.

He really was not discreet. The Hamptons is small very gossipy community. Maybe he wanted to get caught?

On a side note, that pic of Christie is gorgeous.

The guy is a sleaze, but if this girl was so concerned about being 'damaged', why would she bring a public lawsuit that will only bring more attention to her? I know EXACTLY why.........PUBLICITY. Seems these days bad publicity is the best kind to get if you want to be famous and become even more famous. She knew exactly what she was doing and still does.

Wonder how long it will take her to appear in Playboy?

I think the suit is her familiy trying to protect her rep - Chalet said it - The Hamptons may be "posh" in public but when it comes down to life as a local it's a small town mentality, everyone knows your business and no one will let you forget it.

(That said - I'm not saying I agree with it)

I've already said it I dont' care for either - I've been shopping at the same places with CB and she's somethin' else (you just want beat her with a tire iron) but him - he's freakin' princess that people put up with because of his wife.

That also said - I don't like her but I have to tell you she is stunning face to face even after she's been riding, it's that box of rock brain and vacant sign in her eyes that kills it.

Christie never seemed bright but she always seemed friendly and pleasant which is more than I can say for most of them.

I hated it when they got married and everyone said the old "perfect couple" line. I couldn't stand the sight of him.

That is a very bad pic of him. I remember when they married. I thought he was cute. Man he is so fug now. CB on the other hand is still as gorgeous as ever.
