I agree. I doubt it will ever go to court -- she'll get a big chunk 'o cash and slink away quietly, just like Nicole. I mean, Nicole was so "upset" that she did a zilion interviews and was on every magazine cover for 6 months after the breakup.

Tom C is an uber control freak with a nasty temper -- he's not going to let this get public and he has the means to do what it takes.
