I'm not saying its a conspiracy, just that the PR machine will be rolling with all the movies that made Tom beloved by millions. Back when he was cute and sane and all.

The "Without a Trace" producer maintains that Cruise is "one of the biggest stars in the world, and that hasn't changed."

I'm so sick of this bullshit spin about Tom being one of the biggest stars in the world. Um, no. He's famous now for being such a loon.
The only way he can fall any further is if those nutty $cientologists boot him. Oh, the shame!

Kennedy said Cruise realizes he went over the line when he bashed
[Brooke] Shields for taking antidepressants to fight postpartum depression.
"That, he deeply regrets," she said. "Everyone knows he should've bashed
her for those ridiculous, colossal eyebrows and the fact she's had the
same hairstyle since age 12."

There. Fixed it for ya.

I'm still buying into the theory that Paramount found out something that's going to get stinky shit all over anyone associated with the little thetan. Therefore, making it necessary for them to put the distance between themselves and him before it hits the fan.

^^ I'm with you guys. Ted C said some biography is coming out this Fall with tons of secrets with well placed sources. Can't wait for that!! It's the only money I'll ever spend on Thetan Tom.
Butt, so glad to hear the guy is well enough entrenched in Paramount that firing him isn't easy. Still though, I'll bet someone says he's lost his grip because of age and he goes into retirement. Wanna bet on it? Friendly wager?

Nah, I read an article today saying that at 80-years-old, Redstone is too old and crotchety to give a shit what anyone thinks.

I agree. Nothing like an old man or woman who calls it as they see it. They know they've got one foot in the grave and nothing to lose. Plus, he has had the reputation of being a straight shooter throughout his career. Go Sumner.
