I think she has an eating disorder pure and simple. I know she has four kids but she has the money for more than enough help to not be so worn out looking. How many of you get to leave your kids to jet off for a romantic weekend like they did a couple of months ago?

I'm neutral on Angelina but I have to defend her being attacked by some as using grief as an excuse. Grief is a complex, sensitive matter, people feel and experience it differently and what is normal for you may not be normal for the next person. Yes, for some people time dulls the pain. But others may continue to suffer from protracted grief and emotional pain. That said, I do believe she needs some psychological/ psychiatric help for her grief. Lastly, just because she had plenty of time to deal with her mother's terminal illness doesn't make the actual death any easier to accept. I took care of my mother for 7 months before she passed away from cancer last summer, and believe me the amount and degree of grief I'd experienced and continue to experience is very personal. The reason being we were extremely close. So because of my experience, I'd give AJ the benefit of doubt this time.
As for the Hepatitis, I'm assuming they mean Hep C which is the deadliest of the main 3 types. Hep A you can get from eating contaminated food, and Hep B while potentially serious in the long run is still not as deadly as Hep C. If she does have Hep C and is being followed by specialists, then I'd attribute the weight loss to the new Hep C treatment, which is akin to oral chemotherapy. It has some other pretty nasty side effects as well. I wouldn't wish that on anybody.

My first thought was if she does have it, does that mean Shiloh does too? And will Brad catch it from Angie?

I know everyone goes throgh the grieving process differently. One year after my mom died my father had a heart attack and died while living with me. I was incredibly close to my parents. The pain was with me on a daily basis. However I had a husband and child and they also needed me. I don't really know anyone who withered away after a parents death when the had a family and all the support they could use. I feel it is drugs, or illness.

I totally agree with you, nana55 on the pain being there on a daily basis, I've been there too and still visit there sometimes. I believe AJ most likely has an eating disorder exacerbated by extreme grief/ psych issues, or eating disorder secondary to an underlying illness. Maybe a combination of all those things. I don't see the druggie thing this time, how would she procure it/ do it with all those kids and scrutiny? But then again you never know.

I doubt they have it if she in fact is infected with Hep C, a blood borne virus. Hep C is not as likely to be transmitted through sexual intercourse/ exchange of bodily fluids, unlike let's say HIV. But if I were Brad I wouldn't hedge on the percentages. People do get it through intercourse sometimes. Also it's uncommon for babies to get it from moms unless they were delivered vaginally, and even then it's unlikely.

After I asked the question I did some research. Here is what came up from the National Institutes of Health:
What I need to know about Hepatitis C
How could I get hepatitis C?
Hepatitis C is spread by contact with an infected person's blood.
You could get hepatitis C by sharing drug needles.
getting pricked with a needle that has infected blood on it (hospital workers can get hepatitis C this way)
having sex with an infected person, especially if you or your partner has other sexually transmitted diseases
being born to a mother with hepatitis C

Actually, that's exactly how you get Hep C....sexual intercourse, sharing needles etc. It's actually much more common than HIV and is fairly easily spread with certain behaviors. There is a risk of an unborn child contracting Hep C as well through verticle transmission.

Yep. My brother got it from either/both of these ways. Yes, he is a few fries short of a happy meal. He actually fathered two children while having Hep C. Yes, the baby mama was stupid. Yes, she has Hep C now as well. And who knows about the kids.

I think she loves the kids but she doesn't know what she's doing right now. She's withering away because is longing for the crazy Billy Boob days and she can't admit it to herself...
Does she seem like a happy person?

I don't care for Jolie but would never wish AIDS on her or anyone. I pray that it isn't AIDS.
Question... Isn't Baby Z HIV+? Did I read that somewhere?

With her history..I'm sure this isn't out of her league to have hepatitus and a lot of other things...
But people have problems and diseases and whatever so I can't be that harsh on her.. Plus, it probably just another story those tabloid writers spent hours coming up with..you know a "good story"

Oh she that too. It's rumoured to be the reason why she had Shiloh by ceasarian.

She had a caesarean because Shiloh was breech.
