They said something about the press release on the radio just then.

Don't quote me as my memory can be pants but something along the line of they were splitting, it was amicable, they are still friends, that it was impossible to have a relationship with the press always being involved.

^^ Yes, that's what the Yahoo news article said. The main reason for the split is 'media pressure.'

I guess Paul is too polite to tell the world she's really a harpy fishwife and he's sick of her. Haha.

She's becoming more unpopular than Yoko Ono. With no pre nup, Sir Paul might have really stepped in it this time. A very stupid thing for such a clever man to do. At least things are working out for Ringo. My money's on him for last surviving Beatle.

Oh I'd say it's definitely over. I call bullshit on this 'temporary' separation talk and the suggestion that he 'hasn't given up on his marriage.'

From experience, I know it takes a helluva lot of courage to end your marriage and actually tell those closest to you (let alone the whole world) it's over. You don't usually breathe a word until you're sure it's kaput. Macca would never say anything unless he knew for certain there would be no going back.

I do feel sorry for him. After 29 years with the love of his life, he must be wondering today what the hell came over him to marry that egotistical and self-centred bitch Heather. I could never stand her.

I bet Stella is one happy lady today!

I read this morning that he didn't ask for a pre-nup because he believed she was a NICE person.

The article also said she asked to sign one to prove she didnt want to be with him for his money, but he said he didn't want her to.
