It must be nice to be under 'house arrest' when your house is a fricken MANSION!!! My whole house is probably as big as her master bathroom or customized walk-in closet. Yeah, she's really paying her debt to society with house arrest. What a joke.

This shit is BEYOND FUCKED UP! That bitch was about to have a mental breakdown? You have to have ACTUAL BRAINS for shit like that! I remember when Diddy and JLO were going to have to go to jail, for a possible shooting in a club. Diddy had to stand trial for like 6 months until they found him NOT GUILTY, but he was going to face REAL JAIL TIME.
Is the system just playing games? Or what is it? Lil Kim had money to and she went to prison. At least she had some balls and served her sentence like a woman. Paris is a joke and KARMA will get her.
If stopping your feet and throwing a tantrum is all it takes to fake a "medical condition" and not serve time, then this is in fact proof that Pasisite is in fact three years old - I simply cant believe a legal team being paid - probably millions, all up, came up with this.............Denny Crane!

before Martha Stewart went to prison, i couldn't stand her. after she got out? i have a new found respect for her (whether its needed or not). Paris blew it (and this time it wasn't a dick)

For one, her being under house arrest which I've bitched and moaned about a million times today is NOT fair...not only that but how exactly will that be torture!??
She's got a freakin' mansion and she'll have her computers, blackberrys, friends, booze, pool, doggies, etc...
So here's what I say...
I say...that a good punishment would have been rather than her being under house arrest in her own home...her being hand-cuffed to and under house arrest in 'high pitch Erik's' home...
(If anyone knows of/watches Howard Stern then you'll know exactly who I am talking about...)

THe thing is like others pointed out what does House Arrest mean, when your super rich? I recall Dr Dre talking about how he was under House Arrest for a month, and you know what he did? Throw parties all day/night long with his friends, eat and drink and have a good time because he couldnt go anywhere outside his fence. Unless the anklet would beep. He said it was just Giant Fun for a month. I respected him for admitting he did that, he even had MTV there to videotape it. It was in the early 90's.
Now I would LOVE IT if Parisite had clauses, where if she was on her laptop, on her sidekick, her phone, had ANY friends over there and she could only eat twice a day or they would ARREST HER and send her ass to where she can have it handed to her lby Big Bertha
