There should be a class riot afoot....how can everyone be so non-chalant. Even my friendpointed out that Lil' Kim did her time, just for LYING under oath. So Paris can endanger me on the roads, serve really 3 days, and that's cool, but lying...NUH UH!

bunch of rich, elitist bullshit. If ANY self respecting minority or lower class person pays her any mind again....

And while OJ got off for those murders, he was still in jail the entire time. So at least he did serve some time. I think....

Are you kidding me. 40 days without the paps, clubs, premieres, etc.. that will kill her a lot more than prison. I certainly hope there is a clause that states if she is photographed or seen outside her house she goes right back in the slammer.

What a joke LA is... they better disclose that medical condition ASAP and if it was such a medical condition... why isn't she in the hospital? Detox is a bitch paris!

If she steps to far from the monitor in her house the alarm goes off. Most normal people do go to jail if they break house arrest, but we will have to see....
I wonder if her hours are all day or just from like 6 pm to 6 am? Some people get out for work hours; I am sure she will try to work that.

I think this may backfire on her. I was listening on the radio, callers were saying how "disgusting" it was. It's a bad PR move that's only going to create more resentment for her.

If there is a big public outcry about celebrity justice, how might this affect Wrong Way Richie's case? She may have to go to jail and stay there.
