That looks like an old scar in that last pic. Maybe she had a fatty tumor removed a while back? Lipo gone wrong is also a good guess...

Thanks for that celebitchy. I think her skin tone looks artificial in the other “normal” photo. Even so, you can still see the dent on her left leg.
