Wow this is some serious bullshit. She's pregnant. I'm not trying to be pessimistic but she can carry a child full term?

Maybe it's a publicity stunt? I can't imagine her as a mother....But yeah, she might get into some troubles, my cousin didn't eat that much during pregnancy and her baby was born too early.

Yowza. This is something. I believe that she is preganant, but that is kind of a miracle.

Sadly, I have a number of friends who have suffered from anorexia or bulimia, and while most of them (fortunately) were able to rehabilitate themselves (with a LOT of work), I still have a few friends whose reproductive parts have been more or less killed because of the disease.

World-class ballerinas, gymnasts, and equestrians beat their bodies into submission for their art/sport. Several such women have hell trying to concieve. While Nicole is clearly not any sort of athlete, she is obviously an ani/bulimic. I have a feeling that she may be a poster-girl for pro-anas, the way that the media fuels her.

If this is the case, I am concerned not only for her baby, but for Nicole and her family. Yes, I've seen the Simple Life, and Nicole plays herself as an asinine spoiled rich bitch. Nonetheless, if she is as ill as she seems, and if she is in fact pregnant, then she and her family are in for a hell of a time. As much as her persona repels me, I sure hope that she gets the help she needs. Sadly, I don't think this will happen.

Sorry to be a pain in the neck, but is anyone out there sick about the number of anorexic/bulimic friends that they've known who have gone through this awful disease? Ironically, the pop culture that I love (and love to hate) feeds this condition for girls. Personally, I am 150 lbs and while I could lose some weight, I would rather keep my sanity. But that's just me.

Nicole thought it would be a good time to get pregnant -- since her trial for DUI is coming up, she wanted to prove that she was 100% clean.

I don't get it. What does getting pregnant prove?
I hope she is clean for the sake of the kid though......
