Anyhoo I was listening to the radio apparently she weighs so little that her weight scale isn't even on the alcohol/blood scale. Not many adults I assume naturally weight 88 pounds at a height of five foot one

I have NO sympathy for the girl. Nicole has more resources and money than God. She is more than capable of getting herself together and she quite clearly seems to prefer being a mess.

This would be true for anyone, not because she's a celeb. Regular people do not go to prison or usually even do jail time for a misdemeanor DUI. I don't particularly care for Nicole one way or another, but she won't avoid a stiff prison sentence because she's a celeb. It's because no one would go to prison in these circumstances.
