If my sister was raped I would not be chatting on a web site with a bunch of people I don't know , seem a bit odd that her sister just happened to find this web site at such a convient time

If she is who she say she is and If she was really filing charges you would not talk about inoframtion that was important to thier case , in either civil or criminal court . your lawyer would advise you to keep your mouth shut .

couldn'tbe, Pardon me for being hesitant here, I'm w/Wicked on this a bit...I find myself skeptical of someone who comes onto a message board and just immediately would air this out. If however, you are telling us the truth then I wish you, your sister and the rest of your family well...sexual assault is a nightmare.

P.S. Celebs get away with a LOT of stuff...and this isn't the first time I've heard wild shit about Nick Carter. Like was stated previously, it reminds me of Paris' bruises...among other rumors.

Couldn'tbe, the fact that you removed all of your posts makes me more suspicious than ever about the allegations. I'd give what you said more credibility if you had kept them on here and stood by them. That you removed them only says to me that you questioned the validity of what you wrote and were nervous about having the content in writing somewhere.

I disagree that you were being attacked here. Sure, people are inquisitive about what you're alledging, but I see nothing in anyone's posts that is blatantly hurtful to you or your sister in its nature. As a matter of fact, some posters appeared to side with you in believing Nick could do such a thing. I want to believe you aren't naive enough to think you would come here and just expect everyone to automatically presume you were stating the facts. There are two sides to every story. No one is saying your sister's story is false. We're just questioning everything as anyone who wants to get to the truth would. That's all.

I thought i was ready i'm not. Shortly after posting the messages we found out it is now on our local news... I just didn't want people attacking her anymore on all these websites.

Take back what I said about believing it. Editing posts out and acting like this doesn't strenghten your case much. I believe Nick is an abusing bastard, remember all the bruises sported by Paris through the years, but I question why you'd come to this board to tell details of something that could end up in court.
