Fox calling someone a hypocrite is the funniest thing I've read so far today.

I'm sure the framers of the US Constitution are weeping in their graves. A "news" organization, dedicated to "real" news , important news is sad they could not get into a important.... movie premiere.

Ahh..Fox news, stick to covering real news, like Parisite Hilton and making up lies about how well the war in Iraq is going.

Why does anyone even care if Fox News is banned?

It's the principle of the thing. What gives Angelina the right to ban ANYONE?? Especially when her new movie has to do with the kidnapping and murder of a JOURNALIST...

I ban Fox News from my television at home.

Besides Daniel Pearl had more journalistic integrity in his pinky finger than the whole lot at Fox News.

I am told that USA Today and the Associated Press were among those that canceled interviews, and eventually Jolie scotched all print interviews when she heard the reaction.
Its much more important (for the coverage of the film) if AP refused to go as they are a press agency like Reuters, & a lot of what we post here from "gossip sites" is actually direct from them.

Yeah, I guess the irony of that is lost on Jolie.

I understand her forbidding questions on her personal life. That happens all the time. But this:
If that wasn't enough, Jolie also requires that if any of these things happen, "the tape of the interview will not be released to Interviewer." Such a violation, the signatory thus agrees, would "cause Jolie irreparable harm" and make it possible for her to sue the interviewer and seek a restraining order.
    Come on.

Just because this story is in print and coming from a journalist doesn't make it true. Maybe she made the demands maybe she didn't but the fact is that most liberal Hollywood actors/actresses don't want to talk to Fox News.

Well let me see I'm not sure because most of them don't get the coverage that Angelina does but you can bet your bottom dollar stars like Alec Baldwin and Barbara Streisand don't talk to Fox News and probably threaten them with worse if they break their rules. Hollywood doesn't do Republican reporting.

**edit: yup, I checked and it's a Fox article...the same 'journalist', in fact, who just days ago thought Paris HIlton should not be in jail at all.

Now, let the JA and AJ lovers and haters go to it.
As I read through this 'article' I could smell FOX so called news written all over it; I am no fan of Jolies' in anyway whatsoever but I'm thrilled to hear that she tried to ban Fox 'news' and wish she had been successful at it.I wish more celebrities, politicians etc. would do the same.
