TMZ has four pages of the original report prepared by the arresting officer in the case, L.A. County Sheriff's Deputy James Mee. According to the report, Gibson became agitated after he was stopped on Pacific Coast Highway and told he was to be detained for drunk driving Friday morning in Malibu. The actor began swearing uncontrollably. Gibson repeatedly said, "My life is f****d." Law enforcement sources say the deputy, worried that Gibson might become violent, told the actor that he was supposed to cuff him but would not, as long as Gibson cooperated. As the two stood next to the hood of the patrol car, the deputy asked Gibson to get inside. Deputy Mee then walked over to the passenger door and opened it. The report says Gibson then said, "I'm not going to get in your car," and bolted to his car. The deputy quickly subdued Gibson, cuffed him and put him inside the patrol car.

Once inside the car, a source directly connected with the case says Gibson began banging himself against the seat. The report says Gibson told the deputy, "You mother f****r. I'm going to f*** you." The report also says "Gibson almost continually [sic] threatened me saying he 'owns Malibu' and will spend all of his money to 'get even' with me."

The report says Gibson then launched into a barrage of anti-Semitic statements: "F*****g Jews... The Jews are responsible for all the wars in the world." Gibson then asked the deputy, "Are you a Jew?"

The deputy became alarmed as Gibson's tirade escalated, and called ahead for a sergeant to meet them when they arrived at the station. When they arrived, a sergeant began videotaping Gibson, who noticed the camera and then said, "What the f*** do you think you're doing?"

A law enforcement source says Gibson then noticed another female sergeant and yelled, "What do you think you're looking at, sugar tits?"

Until I see the video, I don't believe half this shit in this article. I call bullshit on most of it.

Got a DUI um lets see, 13 years ago. Cost me about a grand, and who did I call to come get me? My girlfriend I had been out drinking with that night. Blew a .17, I was hammered. Got pulled over 2 blocks from my place. Fun memories.

So a guy cant celebrate his newly implanted or magically restored hair with a few drinks? And then drive around to show it off to all his friend. And it is probably just one. Wonder if his licence photo looked like the pissed guy behind the wheel? Its a wonder he didnt get off with a warning being the big star director and all.

Well, he's pulled similar stunts in Toronto and Vancouver in years gone by. He's trashed houses, beaten people up, and people have been paid off to keep quiet. The Toronto incident was in the open, but he did a big mea culpa type thing and got off the hook.

His anti-Semitism is no secret -- his dad is a Holocaust denier -- and The Passion wasn't exactly a love letter to Jews. I'm more inclined to believe it than not, but I don't know if the details have been exaggerated.

Printing that stuff would be libellous to any publication and Mel has deep pockets, thanks to all the money he made off being "religious." Plus, he apparently "owns" Malibu!

Until I see it for myself, don't buy it. And just because your parent is a bigot inbred ignorant idiot does not make you one. JMO.

But I do believe he was arrested for a DUI. Hope he quits drinking, sounds like there might be a problem.

You believe that he was shit-faced drunk and said and did nothing? I'm a little confused here. No, having a parent like that doesn't make you the same, but when you make millions and millions and millions of dollars from a movie that skirts perilously close to those beliefs, and you support a religion that is virulently anti-woman and exclusionary, well then...I am afraid I am going to be just a teensy bit skeptical that absolutely NONE of those ideas have rubbed off on you.

Mel's other side has been a well-kept secret from the public, but he's not exactly a choir boy. I will not post more on this topic, but I'd be happy to fill you in privately on a couple of incidents that I know to be true because I was there for one of them, and a trusted friend of mine witnessed the other.

But if you're a fan who wants to believe the PR, then I'll leave you to it.

No, I just believe 1/2 the gossip posted is made up. I don't care to get into a religious debate w/ anyone. Perhaps he did mouth off, I just find that he yelled anti semetic slurs at people seems a bit too convienent. I was also under the impression that TPOC was *bibically* told, not Mel and his dad told, no? I am not saying isn't these things, I just call BS until I see proof. If he is a bigot, I would lose any and ALL respect for him, as I would anyone, and not that I am even a fan, because I'm really not. I can't stand bigotry, period. Personally, I don't understand why his wife has stayed with him all these years, I know he has a history of womanizing.
