I'll tell you why Matt Dillon has a bag at the party, i'll tell you why a lot of celebrities bring 'bags' to parties. It's a carry on drug bag. Scissors are part of the utensils, he probably also carries around razorblades to cut cocaine and maybe even a straw or a rolled up 100 dollar bill. i carry scissors in my bag. Use them alot. Not sure why Matt Dillon would carry a bag, but I guess he can carry whatever he wants.
