I think most people agree that they'd be partying and having fun if they were in her situation ... but there's a difference between partying and maintaining your life, and then not showing up for work, having people talk about how unprofessional she is, threatening to fire her, etc. It's probably a sign that you're partying too much when that stuff happens.
