For me, the line goes right between showing two fictive characters discussing bestiality and showing actual bestiality - which, from what I gathered, Kevin Smith doesn't - or does he? Anyone know? This pompous little critic apparently left while the characters were talking about it...

I've seen Clerks, I like it and I can very easily picture the main characters having a long, detailed discussion about prostitutes and donkeys, and that's fine by me. I just don't want to see some poor chick performing sexual "favours" on a donkey, and that actually doesn't strike me as something that Kevin Smith would put in a movie, either.

Now a days Grimmlok it would not surprise me if it did. I can hear it now "but I saw it in Clerks 2 your honor" as a person is before a judge for screwing a donkey to death.

OK my hang up about people fucking animals is its sick, plain and simple.
Does this movie actually show this woman "doing it" with a donkey? Or is it a referring to the act?

I think they just have a tongue in cheek discussion about it. If they actually SHOWED it, it would be rated XXX

Also, if your kid goes and screws a donkey because someone talked about it in a movie, then your kid had mental problems previous to seeing it

Very true very true. I was talking to my son about this discussion we are having on here and he said its sounds kind of stupid even to just talk about it but he would still see the movie. Oh by the way Grimmlok he has stopped smoking as of last month, meant to tell you before. He also cut his mohawk, it was getting too hot for him and too much work. He looks soooo handsome now. Ill have him take a new pic and post it so you can see. HEHEHEHE

actually, isn't there a scene in the commercial where Rosario is looking at the woman doing the donkey?

I mean, it's outrageous, and if it's rated R (hopefully) then kids SHOULDN't be seeing this. But there have been enough klan jokes (dave chappelle), misogynist jokes and whathave you and in the correct context, it's funny. I think the word is context.

it's a kevin Smith flick, you know what you're getting yourself into.

Oh, well, I can't blame this Siegel guy for reacting the way he did. I probably would have been disgusted, too. But he didn't have throw a hissy fit in the movie theater. He could have just given "Clerks 2" a bad review.

Yes, because apparently Kevin Smith invited him to the movie he should have 1) sat through the movie no matter how he felt about it 2) shaken hands with Kevin and said "Thanks for inviting me" then 3) said whatever the heck he pleased in his review.

When the South Park movie came out I was working at an alternative radio station at Purdue. Well, we had a promotion for the movie and gave away tickets for a midnight screening (the first showing in the county).

Picture it, I'm sitting in the front row of the balcony area and Terence and Phillip go into the first chorus of 'Shut your Fucking Face Uncle Fucker'. Just then an overweight, middle-aged woman bustles down the stairs past me, clutching the had of a seven year old boy who looked like he has just won the lottery. I can still see the animation reflecting in his eyes, which were big as saucers.

Apparently she had never seen nor heard of South Park until that night. I was told later that she had chewed out the station manager and the movie theater because her precious one had seen such 'trash'.

This movie is by far the most vulgar and raunchy movie Kevin has ever done. None stop stupid humor, dirty jokes, sex talk and fandom fights and yes a donkey show. Having said that.... I laughed my ass off throughout the whole film.

The donkey show? Not exactly what you are expecting, it has a hilarious twist too it!

This movie has something in it to offend everybody, yet done in such a hilarious way you go with it and can't wait for what happens next.

Don't say I didn't warn you about "Pillow Pants" and "The Pu$$y Troll"!!
