i have always thought Justin and Britney would eventually get back together. I still think they might. But either way she is much better off without that scumbag mooching off her and bringing her down. Its too bad he cant make a career for himself and has to use her name or image to earn money for his sorry ass. I will laugh my ass off when he's working the mcdonalds drive thru asking "would you like fries with that?"

I agree with you, Elisa, that Britney, by now, almost certainly realizes K-Fed is nothing but a major loser & that she doesn't personally care what he thinks of her. So anyway, based on seeing that video of her all effed-up high as a kite, and other stuff i've read, i personally have suspicions that Britney is a drug abuser. And Kevin, as her spouse, would be the one to have the most first-hand knowledge of her drug abuse. And like i already said, that would definitely put a major dent in her public image & quite possibly hurt her career. And since we know that those two loved to film themselves very often, it's quite possible that there could exist video of Britney using drugs, or doing other bad stuff that would really hurt her image, and that video could very well be in Kevin's possession.

Not only that, but Kevin could simply talk to the media about her drug abuse, or poor mothering skills, or embarassing stuff like all the plastic surgery she's had, or whatever.... I have a feeling K-Fed's got a LOT of ammunition he can use in an effort to bring her down. All in all, i personally could definitely imagine Britney losing sleep over what that loser K-Fed will do next to hurt her. (Just my thoughts....Sorry to ramble on & on!

Britney being a drug user is hardly going to rock anybody's world. In Hollywood, it's really no big deal as long as you can still work. And I don't think anybody else cares either. It's not like Britney really has a career -- she never could sing worth a damn and she's long since passed the teen sex kitten phase.

She's famous for being famous at this point, and a famous fuck up at that.

I don't think Kevin was 'beneath' Britney---they deserved each other. She was surrounded by fame and money and she picked a good for nothing thug...and guess what, give her a few months and she'll pick another one....and get knocked up again.

Exactly right. She sure didn't capture the public's attention in the beginning with her singing - it was the whole naughty little schoolgirl act, with the luck of having a couple of catchy little pop songs.

Here's what makes me chuckle about her - we've seen her looking so bad, so disheveled, so out of shape, so poorly groomed and so badly dressed for so long, that we're all pleasantly surprised when she actually cleans up. Is that what it takes to be a star these days? Cleaning up once in a while? Britney is the personification of what's wrong with celebrities. I think the comparison with Madonna is valid in the sense that neither have particularly good voices, but they both were determined to succeed. However, as much as I despise Madge, she was cutting edge in her day. Her style & controversy seem a little hackneyed now, but they weren't at the time. Britney's never done anything but exploit her pubescent sexuality. I guess I'm just unforgiving of pop stars who target little girls with their music & style, and then turn slutty overnight.

If he played this right, he could really make a lot of money out of this. He could take the high road, pretend to be the victim, cry on Oprah about how he no clue this was coming, etc. Not that people would believe him, but that would bring him one or two covers and interviews. But who wants a guy on their show, who sreams Fuck Britney Spears to his non-existing audience mere seconds after she filed? That's too low, even for talkshows.

Even if JT was a little interested in getting back with Brit, he is probably too scared of Cam...she'd probably hire a hit man, or hell, kill JT and Brit herself!

She comes across as a scary woman not to be crossed.

Also I remember JT saying something about the Britney-relationship stage of his life being so 'high school'. I think he has truly moved on. Honestly, I'd LIKE to see them back together, but doubt it will happen.
