well, she has been saying for a while about how men aren't meant to be monogamous and how whatever Chris does on the road with other women she doesn't want to hear about it and it sounds to me like she's saying all of that but doesn't really believe it for herself (if he was /is screwing around) and she doesn't want that for herself in a relationship. Whenever I hear women talking like that I feel like their boyfriends/husbands have been in their ear and then to try to save their relationships they forget about what they truly want and adopt their partner's attitude, but if you don't really agree with it (being one sided) in your heart then no wonder they split up.
If he did cheat on her he is a total loser.

I started to look for further proof this guy was a bastard when I heard rumors that she couldn't lose that baby weight fast enough because he liked her thin and wanted that body back as soon as possible.

I have to admit I'd be surprised if either one cheated. I think they simply became another Hollywood statistic. Like anybody who goes into a marriage, they think they'll be together forever. They made it to 6 years. As I said upthread, by Hollywood standards, that's sadly a success!

I thought he was there. I seem to remember him wearing all white which seemed very weird to me.

chalet, I'm with you. She went on and on about having to let your husband make the important decisions and allow him to stray when he needs to etc. He always struck me as an abusive ahole. Her mom is crazy too. She believes men are supposed to stray and that it's healthy for the relationship. I say both of them should pull their heads out of their asses and grow some fing self respect.

That was a blind item and the answer was actually Kelly Ripa. Her husband threatend to look elsewhere if she didn't lose the weight fast. I thought it was Kate as well, but it wasn't. Chris said he didn't want her to have another baby not because he hated her fat but because SHE hated herself fat and she was depressed and Chris couldn't stand her that way. Her attitude and her mood, not her figure.

I still dont believe this; she was in Australia recently and a magazine here interviewed her and asked her what she saw in her husband [how rude to ask that!] and she said, "Look at that beard, it fucking rocks!"

I still think its a rumour.

GoldDust, your post was hilarious and I agree...I think eventually age differences that consist of a decade or more do eventually become issues. It did in my last relationship. I hope you and your hubby work things out...I'm not even married but realize how difficult relationships can be, but, in my case, I can at least walk out when I want. When you're married it's a whole different ball game.

BTW, my sister also married in 2000 and I've suspected some marital problems on her homefront lately but I wouldn't dare ask. Her husband is hardly ever around and she seems very unhappy. That 7 year itch must be a biggie to overcome...
