I think the way this guy spouted off is insensitive but I have to say that I am way more worried about the childhood obesity problem we have then I am about anorexic young women. Mainly because there are way more clinically obese young people then anorexic ones. Case in point, 1 in 3 children born after 2000 will develop type II diabetes. Think about it....that is really scary because the mortality rate associated with that disease is exordinary, not to mention the drain on health care costs. Over eating is way more of a problem then under eating...no if ands or "butts" about it!!

I agree....My friends son is like 6 months old and weighs like 60 lbs...how is that even possible...maybe i am exaggerating...but not by much....that is SAD!!!

yeah that is true...parents need to monitor what their kids eat throughout the day...i know schools around where i live...the menus are rediculous...pizza...chicken fingers...mozz. sticks...what happend to veggies and fruit...traded for French Fries and pudding cups...The HORROR....
but the other extreme is NOT eating...i would much rather have a child who over indulges than one who just doesn't freaking eat period....thats a faster dealth....
